CITY OF ORLANDO: Electronic Waste & Textile Recycling Event to be held February 22

City of Orlando recently issued the following announcement.

Join Us For The Best. Electronic Waste & Textile Recycling. Ever.

Safely and properly recycle through us! It's free. You don't even have to get out of your car or be a City of Orlando resident to participate.

We'll unload your electronics and textiles on site. This event will be held at Festival Park located at: 2911 E Robinson St, Orlando, FL 32803

Textiles Accepted:

• Clothes

• Shoes

• Home textiles (towels, sheets, curtains, etc.)

• Stuffed Toys

Electronic Items Accepted:

• Computers Monitors

• Televisions (limit one per household)

• Telephones

• Cell Phones

• Telephone Systems

• Fax Machines

• Central Office Equipment

• Rechargeable Batteries

• Electronic Circuit Boards and Components

• Stereo Equipment

• Games

• PDAs

• Printers

Businesses welcome; no more than a pick-up truck load.

For more significant quantities, contact the recycler directly.
